Fulvio Bernasconi was born in Lugano (Switzerland) in 1969. He moved to Geneva in 1998, where he obtained diploma in political sciences at the Geneva University in 1991. In 1992 he entered the DAVI (the Lausanne film school) and he finished it in 1996 with two remarked films: “Voie de Garage” and “Bad Trip to Mars”. During his studying period, Fulvio did a lot of jobs including: ski instructor, life-guard, cultural journalist, deejay, theatre assistant, school teacher… Since 1997 Fulvio Bernasconi is working as film and TV director. In 2004 he attended Ekran, an international programme of the Andrzej Wajda Master School of Film Directing. Sometimes Fulvio works as assistant Number 3 of the engineer Otto Pragma and he teaches film directing in Switzerland and Italy.
